Our Phase III Cardiac Maintenance program is for people who have completed Phase I and/or Phase II Cardiac Rehab and would like to maintain their exercise program in a safe and effective environment. A physician’s referral is needed to enter the program. Blood pressures, heart rates, oxygen levels, workloads, and any other information concerning exercise will be made available to your physician upon request.

Whether you have in the past or are just recovering from a cardiac procedure, or simply looking to renew your life long exercise commitment, our MBF staff will provide the support you need to stay motivated. We offer individualized exercise programming specific to your health needs and life goals.

Periodically, MBF members will be invited to attend free cardiac support group meetings and guest speaker educational talks. Educational topics include CAD risk factor management, stress reduction and nutrition counseling.
