What is the Supervised Exercise Program?
When you enroll in the Supervised Exercise Program (SEP), one of our exercise physiologists designs a workout program tailored to your goals and medical needs (we specialize in designing workout programs for those with medically complex conditions). Participants are asked to commit to at least 2-3 days of a scheduled workout time with their physiologists.
What makes MBF’s Supervised Exercise Program different?
Exercise physiologists monitor and record each client’s blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen levels before, during, and after exercise sessions. We can also provide consistent communication with professional health-care providers.
